Join us under the “City Lights” for a night of celebration, community, and compassion.
For 30 years, the Garden Art Party has brought our community together for an unforgettable evening in support of families living with Alzheimer’s and other dementias. Since its beginning, this beloved event has raised more than $2.5 million to fund local programs that provide care, connection, and hope.
The evening includes a buffet dinner and live band, giving guests time to explore hundreds of silent auction items—everything from local boutique finds and personal training sessions to artwork, jewelry, and even resort getaways. We’ll also feature a putting green, a nod to our upcoming nighttime golf tournament, Glow for the Cure. Afterward, the excitement builds with a high‑energy live auction, led by ACA board member Bob Straka.
This year, we’re also thrilled to welcome Mike Dubberly, co‑anchor of Good Day Alabama on WBRC FOX6 News, as our event emcee.
Proceeds from this fun, meaningful event stay right here in Alabama, funding adult day care scholarships and delivering essential care supplies to families supporting a loved one with Alzheimer’s.
This year’s theme was born from the creative cityscape artwork created by Anchor Community Respite Ministry attendees at Asbury United Methodist Church.
