Dementia Care Support Groups

A community of understanding for Alzheimer’s caregivers

You don’t have to navigate Alzheimer’s caregiving alone—our support groups connect you with people who truly understand

In these groups, caregivers share experiences, exchange practical tips, and find comfort in a community that listens without judgment. It’s a space to learn, breathe, and feel supported as you care for someone you love. Check our weekly emails for updated listings of these support groups, as they do change from time to time.
Alzheimer’s of Central Alabama offers a virtual caregiver support group on Zoom at 11 am every Tuesday. Contact us for more information or join the Zoom here.
