To support education, caregiver services and research.
- Assist with the cost of respite care, adult day services, and limited supplies
- Provide educational opportunities through public seminars, a comprehensive resource center, telephone information, a newsletter, and weekly email communications.
- Support dementia research
- Provide advocacy and increase public awareness
We want you as a part of our organization. ACA serves the following counties: Bibb, Blount, Calhoun, Chilton, Clay, Cleburne, Coosa, Etowah, Fayette, Greene, Hale, Jefferson, Lamar, Pickens, Randolph, Shelby, St. Clair, Talladega, Tallapoosa, Tuscaloosa and Walker.

The mission of the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (AFA) is to provide support, services and education to individuals, families and caregivers affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias nationwide, and fund research for better treatment and a cure. www.alzfdn.org
