Help deserving families by sponsoring a July 4th Picnic Basket with your donation!

The baskets will be hand delivered to a family caring for someone with Alzheimer’s by an ACA volunteer. We appreciate your support of our Holiday Basket Program which offers our families a little something special at Easter, Fourth of July, and Christmas.

Each Picnic Basket includes:

Meat for a cookout
Fun snacks
Fresh fruit
Prepared meals
