Alzheimer’s of Central Alabama invites you to a free afternoon of connection, recognition, and learning, featuring a complimentary lunch and a special educational program with Alzheimer’s expert Dr. David Geldmacher.
We’ll gather to celebrate individuals making a difference in the lives of those affected by Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, honoring outstanding supporters, caregivers, professionals, and community partners whose dedication strengthens families across Alabama. Following the awards, Dr. Geldmacher will share the latest information on Alzheimer’s diagnosis, treatment, and what families should know when navigating the disease.
Whether you’re a caregiver, family member, healthcare professional, volunteer, or community advocate, you’ll leave with current information, practical insights, and the opportunity to ask questions during a live Q&A session.
