Alzheimer’s of Central Alabama was selected as the local nonprofit beneficiary partner of the 2026 Heritage Cares Weekend hosted by Inverness Country Club!
We are excited to announce Heritage Cares Weekend 2026, taking place August 28–30 at Inverness Country Club, a fun-filled weekend dedicated to supporting the Heritage Cares Foundation and Alzheimer’s of Central Alabama.
This year’s weekend will feature something for everyone, including:
- All weekend: 50/50 Raffle, Silent Auction, and Kid’s Art Showcase
- Friday, August 28th: Pickleball Mixed Doubles
- Saturday, August 29th: Fairway Fitness Challenge, Tennis Mixed Doubles Round Robin, and a Mahjong Tournament & Social Play.
- Sunday, August 30th: Heritage Cares Charity Golf Tournament, followed by our Awards Reception featuring small bites, the Helicopter Ball Drop, Silent Auction, 50/50 Raffle, and Kid’s Art Showcase winners.
All events are open to the general public.
